The Department of Corrections is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Imaging Technologist 1 for this non-permanent position at Coyote Ridge Corrections Center located outside the Tri Cities in Connell, WA.
Function as the Radiology Technologist for Coyote Ridge Corrections Center Health Services Unit. Serve as a member of the Health Services Unit in support of our mission to provide patients medical, dental and mental health services consistent with the provisions of the DOC Incarcerated individual Health Plan.

Qualifications
Required qualifications:
Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training in an AMA-Approved school and registration or eligibility for certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist.Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
Experience working in a health service environment and knowledge of medical terminology.
Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications and related technologies.
Ability to keep abreast of new methods, techniques and other developments in the field through reading research journals, attending seminars, workshops, professional affiliations, etc.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of staff and incarcerated individuals.
