员工与组织支持部目前有两个(2个)永久全职的纠正听证员三级(CHO3)岗位。
该岗位的工作时间是星期一至星期五,上午8:00至下午5:00。工作时间由单元需求决定,由单元主管酌情安排。如果您目前的工作时间安排与该岗位不一致,请注意该岗位可能无法满足您的时间安排。*该岗位为加班豁免岗位。如有疑问,请联系人力资源办公室。
资格要求
根据华盛顿州员工联合会(WFSE)2025-2027集体谈判协议(CBA)第二部分补充 DOC 第4.7条,该岗位仅对内部调动候选人开放。
符合以下条件的员工可申请:
- 您正在根据WFSE CBA第二部分补充 DOC 第4.7条申请内部调动。
- 您是永久 DOC 员工。
- 您目前在本岗位招聘的职位类别中拥有永久职位。
- 您目前所处的岗位由WFSE代表。
必备资格要求:
- 具备经美国教育部和高等教育认证委员会(CHEA)认可的学院或大学颁发的学士学位,并具有3年开展听证会、在法庭或听证会上陈述案件、调解、争议解决或恢复性司法实践的经验; 或
- 具备副学士学位,并具有5年开展听证会、在法庭或听证会上陈述案件、调解、争议解决或恢复性司法实践的经验; 或;
- 具备7年开展听证会、在法庭或听证会上陈述案件、调解、争议解决或恢复性司法实践的经验。
- 必须持有并保持有效的驾驶执照。
- 必须在90天内成为公证员,并在任职期间保持公证员资格。

Correctional Hearings Officer 3 (CHO3) - Position 1846 & MN08
Employee and Organizational Support Division – Hearings Unit
Tacoma, WA | Everett, WA
These positions are eligible to telework but will require frequent travel throughout the region to conduct hearings at assigned docket locations.
The Employee and Organizational Support Division has two (2) permanent, full-time Correctional Hearings Officer 3 (CHO3) openings available.
The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Work hours are determined by unit needs and are at the discretion of the unit supervisor. If you are currently working an alternate work schedule, please be aware that this position may not be able to honor that schedule. *This position is Overtime Exempt. Qualifications
In accordance with WFSE Section 2 Supplemental DOC Article 4.7 of the Washington Federation of State Employees (WFSE) 2025-2027 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), this job opening is available to internal transfer candidates ONLY.
Employees who meet the following criteria may apply:
- You are requesting a transfer under Section 2 Supplemental DOC Article 4.7 of the WFSE CBA.
- You are a permanent DOC employee.
- You currently hold permanent status in the job class being recruited for in this job posting.
- You are currently in a position represented by WFSE.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university whose accreditation is recognized with the U.S. Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) with 3 years of experience conducting hearings; presenting cases in court or hearings, mediation, dispute resolution, or restorative justice practices; or
- Associates Degree with 5 years of experience conducting hearings; presenting cases in Court or hearings, mediation, dispute resolution, or restorative justice practices or;
- 7 years of experience conducting hearings; presenting cases in court or hearings, mediation, dispute resolution, or restorative justice practices.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Must become a Notary Public within 90-days and maintain Notary status throughout employment.
