除了上述 WFSE 集体谈判协议第4.7条调动申请的要求外,该岗位还有以下要求:
在华盛顿州矫正部门担任社区矫正专员二级或三级岗位至少两年的工作经验。
或
拥有被美国高等教育认证委员会(CHEA)或美国教育部认可的大学或学院颁发的学士学位,并且具有至少三年的专业个案管理工作经验,该经验需在成人或青少年矫正领域或相关领域,且包括以下至少三项内容:
• 进行实地访问
• 撰写报告
• 评估个案并提出建议
• 引导相关人员获取适当的资源
• 在法庭或听证会上陈述案件
拥有社会学、社会工作、心理学、犯罪学或相关领域的硕士学位,可替代一年的专业个案管理工作经验。
*专业个案管理包括以下活动:评估风险因素;设计、监控和/或协助执行治疗计划;根据需要确定并转介资源(如药物依赖、物质滥用、家庭咨询、职业培训援助等);维护官方记录并跟踪客户进展/合规情况;以及协助无法独立获取支持系统或社区资源(如提供食物、衣物、金钱援助和庇护所)的个人。
AND一年在主要职责为处理州际协议案件的职位上的工作经验。
*处理州际协议案件包括以下活动:负责来自其他州(FOS)案件的监督;处理报告指示/转移请求;更新ICOTS中的通缉令状态。
对现行ICAOS规则和流程有深入且经验证的理解。

Corrections Specialist 3 (CS3) - Position DC14
Interstate Compact Unit – Tumwater, WA
The Community Corrections Division has a permanent, full-time Corrections Specialist 3 (CS3) opening available. This position, DC14, is within the Interstate Compact Unit, which is located at Department of Corrections Headquarters, in Tumwater, WA.
The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Work hours are determined by unit needs and are at the discretion of the unit supervisor. If you are currently working an alternate work schedule, please be aware that this position may not be able to honor that schedule. For questions, please contact the Human Resource Office.
Qualifications
In accordance with WFSE Section 2 Supplemental DOC Article 4.7 of the Washington Federation of State Employees (WFSE) 2025-2027 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), this job opening is available to internal transfer candidates ONLY.
Employees who meet the following criteria may apply:
- You are requesting a transfer under Section 2 Supplemental DOC Article 4.7 of the WFSE CBA.
- You are a permanent DOC employee.
- You currently hold permanent status in the job class being recruited for in this job posting.
- You are currently in a position represented by WFSE.
In addition to the above requirements for WFSE CBA Article 4.7 transfer requests, this position has the following requirements:
Two (2) years of experience as a Community Corrections Officer 2 or 3 within the Washington State Department of Corrections.
OR
A bachelor’s degree from a college or university whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) or the US Department of Education AND three (3) years of professional case management* experience in adult or juvenile corrections or closely related field which includes at least three (3) of the following:
• Making field visits
• Writing reports
• Assessing cases and making recommendations
• Referring people to appropriate resources
• Presenting cases in court or hearings
A master’s degree in sociology, social work, psychology, criminology, or closely related field will substitute for one (1) year of the required professional case management experience.
*Professional case management includes activities such as: assessment of risk factors; designing, monitoring and/or facilitating treatment plans; determining and making referrals to resources as appropriate (chemical dependency, substance abuse, family counseling, job training assistance, etc.); maintaining official records and tracking client progress/compliance; and assisting individuals who are unable to independently access support systems or community resources such as those providing food, clothing, or monetary assistance and shelter.
ANDOne (1) year of experience in a position in which the primary job responsibility is working with Interstate Compact cases*.
*Working with Interstate Compact cases includes activities such as assigned supervision of From Out of State (FOS) cases; processing Reporting Instructions/Transfer Requests; updating warrant status in ICOTS.
Thorough, demonstrated understanding of current ICAOS Rules and processes.
