Police say the shooting occurred around 7:30 p.m. on the evening of July 19 inside an apartment on Hillcrest Lane Northeast. A 46-year-old woman, 28-year-old woman and 9-year-old girl were all killed.
The 9-year-old girl was the daughter of the 46-year-old, according to police.
Police say two other people were inside the home at the time of the shooting, but they managed to escape unharmed.
The man fled the scene, later abandoning his vehicle.
